Benniman delivers Spa Park fit out for automotive giant

Benniman has completed the £6.7 million fit out of a new industrial/warehouse unit in Leamington Spa, for a multinational automotive manufacturing company.

The 33-week project has been delivered at Unit D, a 24,000 sq ft building at Spa Park Business Park, Tachbrook Road.

It included the construction of new meeting rooms, a canteen, breakout and briefing areas, design space, and the installation of high-performance modelling machines, and took 33 weeks to complete.

The CAT C fit out is the latest project to be delivered by Benniman at Spa Park, on behalf of leading commercial property developer, Stoford, and global asset manager, BlackRock.

Five new industrial/warehouse units were recently constructed at the business park as part of a £32 million project. Combined, they deliver more than 310,000 sq ft of office, R&D, production and distribution accommodation.
