Benniman progresses speculative scheme for Indurent
Benniman is set to deliver a speculative 233,555 sq ft multi let industrial development at Indurent Park Gloucester, a newly formed entity combining Industrials REIT and St. Modwen Logistics.
The contractor will oversee the latest phase of works at the 58-acre industrial site in Stonehouse, located near Junction 12 of the M5, having handed over the last three units totalling 341,430 sq ft.
The £20 million project will see the construction of twelve new industrial units, ranging from 5,829 sq ft to 57,436 sq ft, all built to BREEAM Excellent.
This follows Benniman’s earlier completion of an infrastructure package including specialist ground improvement, sitewide retaining, earthworks, roads, drainage and incoming services.
Patrick Barrett, construction director at Benniman, said: “After delivering several projects for St. Modwen Logistics, we’re excited to carry out our first project for Indurent. With earthworks now complete, we look forward to seeing the new units take shape.”
Designed by architects Roberts Limbrick, the scheme is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025.
