Final phase delivered at 58-acre Indurent Park Gloucester
Benniman has successfully completed the construction of a 233,555 sq ft industrial development at Indurent Park Gloucester.
The scheme forms the final phase of the 58-acre industrial park in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire and is the first speculative multi-let industrial space delivered by Indurent.
Benniman has handed over twelve new industrial/logistics units in this phase, delivering high-quality, mid-box space ranging from 5,829 sq ft to 57,436 sq ft.
All units have been completed to BREEAM Excellent, supporting Indurent’s sustainability ambitions while meeting occupier demand for modern, flexible industrial accommodation in the South West.
Designed by architects Roberts Limbrick, the completed development builds on Benniman’s established track record at Indurent Park Gloucester, having previously delivered units totalling more than 344,000 sq ft.
The contractor also delivered a major infrastructure package at the site, including specialist ground improvement works, extensive earthworks, site-wide retaining structures, roads, drainage and incoming services.
Benniman spokesperson, Tim Mills, Procurement Director said: “This project represents the successful completion of a large and complex construction programme at Indurent Park Gloucester. We’re proud of what’s been delivered and grateful to our supply chain partners for their role in its delivery.
“Our relationship with Indurent continues to go from strength to strength and it’s great to be building on that with projects currently on site in Lichfield and Longbridge.”
