New 36,000 sq ft HQ for British chemical engineering firm
Benniman has completed construction of a purpose-built headquarters in Warwickshire for British chemical engineering firm, CALGAVIN.
The new 36,381 sq ft unit has been built on a 2.3-acre site at Alcester Employment Park, between Redditch and Stratford-upon-Avon.
It benefits from strong sustainability credentials and has achieved BREEAM ‘Very Good’ and an EPC A rating.
Known as the Centre for Flow Processing, it will become a focal point for the integration of commercial and university-led research, and support the development and testing of cutting-edge, high-value products.
The £3.4 million project was delivered by Benniman on behalf of leading property developer, Graftongate, and took 30 weeks to complete.
Tim Mills, Procurement Director, Benniman said: “This is a best-in-class facility that delivers a purpose-built home for CALGAVIN’s innovative future. We are delighted to have worked with Graftongate to deliver the project.”
