Overview
The scope of works for this development entailed the construction of a 190,000 sq ft industrial distribution warehouse facility, with ancillary 2 storey offices, associated car parking, landscaping, external services and drainage, all to a BREEAM “Very Good” rating.
The earthworks phase of the project, saw 35,000 m2 of remodelling with the installation of 350 lin m of retaining structures.
