Overview
Benniman completed the construction of a state-of-the-art logistics warehouse in Cannock for EQT Global Investments.
The 372,000 sq ft cross-docked facility, known as M6DC, features 18,000 sq ft of premium office space and a dedicated dock office, providing a modern working environment for future occupiers.
The design and build project required over 1,200 tonnes of structural steelwork and was constructed to meet BREEAM 'Very Good' and EPC A standards. The project was rated as 'excellent' by the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
