Overview

Units 6 & 7 are the latest addition to the 17 acre development at St Modwen Park, Broomhall located to the south of Worcester.

The units included internal ground floor core, 1st floor internal offices, mechanical, electrical and drainage installations. External works for the development included the installation of a spacious yard area providing HGV access to the dock leveller and level access door arrangements.

The highly sustainable building is BREEAM 'Excellent', has an EPC A rating, and with EV charging points, LED lighting and solar panels on the roof.
