Benniman picks up four CCS National Site Awards for construction excellence
Benniman has once again reinforced its commitment to delivering best-in-class construction projects, taking home four Bronze Awards at this year’s Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) National Site Awards.
Recognised for achieving the maximum 45 points across each project during independent CCS assessments, Benniman’s winning sites were praised for their exceptional performance in respecting the community, protecting the environment, and creating a safe, inclusive workplace.
The awarded projects include:
- Modwen Park, Broomhall – St. Modwen
- Vanguard Logistics Park, Longmoor – BentallGreenOak and Equation Properties
- Indurent Park Gloucester – Indurent
- Plot 300 Bramley, Vale Park – Bramley 300 Ltd
These sites join a select group of UK construction projects acknowledged by the CCS for embodying the scheme’s core principles. The CCS National Site Awards are among the most respected honours in the industry, celebrating contractors that go above and beyond in considerate construction practices.
The awards were collected in London by Andy McNair, Benniman’s Health, Safety, Quality and Environment Director, alongside Contract Manager, Dave Lee.
Andy McNair commented: “We’re incredibly proud to have been recognised at this year’s CCS awards. Securing the highest possible score for four separate sites is a testament to our teams’ dedication to upholding the highest standards. These awards reflect not just construction excellence, but the values we hold as a company, including our ongoing efforts to engage with students and guide future talent into careers in construction.”
