Benniman secures Greenlight Heathrow project

Greenlight Logistics, a joint venture between Delancey and Coltham Developments, has appointed Benniman to deliver a new industrial/warehouse development at a prominent site in Colnbrook, Berkshire.

The project will deliver a best in class logistics unit and offices, offering secure yard, totalling 41,851 sq ft. The unit is scheduled to be available in Q2 2026.

Designed to achieve both a BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A+ rating. Key sustainability features include photovoltaic panels, electric vehicle charging facilities, and an efficient thermal envelope, ensuring lower running costs and carbon emissions.

This project follows Benniman’s earlier appointment to Greenlight Redditch, a multi-unit mid box scheme project in Worcestershire, which will create a new c.192,000 sq ft industrial/logistics hub.

Tim Mills, Director at Benniman, said: “Greenlight Heathrow represents another exciting opportunity to build a modern, sustainable industrial/warehouse facility for Greenlight. Our continued partnership with Delancey and Coltham reflects the confidence in Benniman’s ability to deliver projects that combine quality, efficiency and long-term value for occupiers.”
