Indurent appoints Benniman for 484,000 sq ft Lichfield logistics park
Indurent has appointed Benniman on its new 484,000 sq ft industrial/logistics development in Lichfield, Staffordshire.
Benniman will undertake a full infrastructure and earthworks package to all 6 plateaus, to include the construction of private access roads, drainage, utility installation, demolition of existing structures, diversion of the on-site watercourse and 278 works. Further to these works Benniman will construct 3 speculative units totalling 195,434 sq ft.
Each unit will target BREEAM ‘Excellent’, EPC A+ rating and have a 15% target to reduce construction carbon.
This is the latest project Benniman has been selected to deliver for Indurent. The contractor is currently constructing Indurent Park in Gloucester, a speculative MLI development totalling 221,569 sq ft.
