Work starts on Chancerygate’s Axis Park industrial scheme

Benniman has commenced earthworks for construction of a new multi-unit industrial/warehouse development in Milton Keynes for leading urban logistics and industrial property developer, Chancerygate.

Located on Blackhill Drive within the established Wolverton Mill employment area, Axis Park will comprise eight single-storey units ranging in size from 4,975 sq ft to 67,770 sq ft, totalling 200,765 sq ft.

The development represents Benniman’s first project for Chancerygate and is targeting BREEAM Outstanding.
