Benniman wins contract for new 372,000 sq ft logistics facility in Cannock

Midlands-based contractor Benniman has been appointed to deliver a new logistics warehouse development in Cannock on behalf of EQT Global Investments.

Known as M6DC, the 372,000 sq ft cross-docked facility will include 18,000 sq ft of high-quality office accommodation and a dedicated dock office.

The design and build project will be constructed to meet BREEAM ‘Very Good’ and EPC A standards, supporting energy efficiency and environmental performance.

Benniman is set to begin construction imminently, with work expected to complete in Q4 2025. The project team includes UMC Architects.
