Overview
Benniman has handed over five new units at Spa Park which combined, total more than 310,000 sq ft of office, R&D, production and distribution accommodation. The £32 million project included earthworks, infrastructure and the creation of new estate roads to enable construction of the new units. The warehouses are built to nett carbon zero, full PV and future-proofed for battery storage and range in size from 24,000 sq ft to 160,000 sq ft. A car charging park, and an external gym facility complete the development, which has achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.
Benniman delivered the project on behalf of leading commercial property developer, Stoford, and global asset manager, BlackRock.
