Benniman completed the construction of Plot 8002 and Plot 8003 at Tournament Fields, Warwick.
A purpose-built 26,000sq ft industrial/warehouse facility is located on 1.25acre Plot 8003 to accomodate leading pharmaceutical manufacturer and distributor Manx Healthcare Ltd.
The adjacent Plot 8002 has been developed as a speculatively built unit covering 19,000sq ft. The unit will comprise of warehouse/industrial/distribution space, two loading bays and a secure private yard.
