The construction of Unit 1 at St. Modwen Park, Wellingborough marks the completion of phase 2 of the development. The project comprised of 40,000 m³ earthwork remodelling, the installation of 180 liner metres of retaining wall followed by the construction of the warehouse building with integral first floor offices, associated infrastructure, car parking, landscaping, drainage and external services.
