Overview
Following the completion of an infrastructure package including specialist ground improvement, sitewide retaining, earthworks, roads, drainage and incoming services, Indurent has awarded Benniman the vertical build contract.
The £20 million project will see the construction of twelve new industrial units, ranging from 5,829 sq ft to 57,436 sq ft, all built to BREEAM Excellent.
This latest phase of development is the first multi-let industrial development at Indurent Park Gloucester, for the newly formed entity following the merger combining Industrials REIT and St. Modwen Logistics.
