Benniman completed the construction and fit out of a new 101,000 sq ft unit for flooring company, Karndean Designflooring.

The unit located within Vale Park, Evesham has included internal ground floor core, 1st floor internal offices, mechanical, electrical and drainage installations. External works for the development included the installation of a spacious yard area providing HGV access to the dock leveller and level access door arrangements.

The highly sustainable building is BREEAM 'Excellent', has an EPC A rating, and with EV charging points, LED lighting and solar panels on the roof.
